Shipping Policy
Pajamas Orders:
Our Pajamas are delivered in a Custom Special Box. Ideal for Gifts. We process these orders under a different shipping method to avoid damaging the package.
We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. However, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes for security reasons.
Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL). Your product will arrive within 2-3 Business Days.
General Clothing Orders:
Our fulfillment team fulfills orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline that does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number in your email, which you can use on our website, or you can log in to your account to check out the shipping status of your order.
Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that actual shipping times may be subject to courier service and weather conditions.

Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses, or undeliverable locations will be refunded.
We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
Returns and Refunds
If, for any reason, the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via email within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
To be eligible for the Risk-Free Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
- Return must be initiated within (7) seven days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).
Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason for the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
