Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via email or using the refund form page, within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. 

To be eligible for the Risk-Free Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

- Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.

- Return must be initiated within (7) seven days of delivery.

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Shipping cost is not refundable.

- Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).

- Please note that reasons such as "I changed my mind" or "I don't want it anymore" will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank.  Depending on the reason for the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
